Day 3!

Day 3 already wooo!

Breakfast was 2 eggs with a little Tabasco, a Trader Joe’s chicken sausage link, and cherry tomatoes sliced. I had hot English Breakfast Tea with honey and I had 24 oz of water.

Lunch was tuscan chicken with grape tomatoes and broccoli.

Snack was a banana and a hand full of raw nuts (almonds, macadamia, cashews, and walnuts) along with some dried “power fruits” from Target.

Dinner was shredded chicken (1/2 cup) and 1 small turkey zucchini burger with guac. It was tasty too!

I need to make my other meal for the week tonight. Ugh!
