Day 2 has gone pretty well.
Breakfast was 2 eggs with a little Tabasco, a Trader Joe’s chicken sausage link, and cherry tomatoes sliced. I had hot English Breakfast Tea with honey and I had 24 oz of water.
Lunch was tuscan chicken with grape tomatoes and broccolini with a yukon gold potato.
Snack was a banana and a hand full of raw nuts (almonds, macadamia, cashews, and walnuts) along with some dried “power fruits” from Target.
Dinner was shredded chicken – about half a cup and a cup of broccoli. I had a small organic apple with a smidge of almond butter for dessert. Still not very hungry since I’m a little under the weather.
It took me a while to cook last night and I’m debating cooking one more meal for the week tonight. We shall see!
